What data we collect

The data you provide through the website's forms (name, email, phone and the content of your message or appointment request), the data you give us when you email, call or visit us, the data needed to provide the services you engage from us, and the account data of the client area if you use it.

Purpose of processing

We process your data to respond to your enquiries, manage appointment requests, provide the advisory, property and legal services you contract from us, operate the client area, and comply with the legal obligations that apply to our activity. We will not use your data for purposes incompatible with those stated, nor create profiles based on it.

Legal basis

The legal bases for processing are: your consent, when you submit a form; the performance of a contract, where you engage our services or use the client area; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interest in responding to your communications and keeping this website secure.

Data retention

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from that purpose, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Recipients

Your data will not be transferred to third parties except where legally required, or to service providers strictly necessary for the operation of our services — such as hosting and IT providers — who act as data processors under contract. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical data to filter abuse under Google's privacy policy. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as other rights, including to object to and restrict its processing and to data portability. You may exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
