Real estate & tourism investment in Fuerteventura

We are the bridge between local businesses and international investors — sourcing high-yield opportunities and building effective negotiation environments.

Investment in the Canary Islands

Our edge

A market that moves on relationships

The strongest operations here — a hotel changing hands, a business with its licences in order, a plot with planning already granted — rarely reach the portals; they move quietly between owners, agents and the professionals who deal with them every day. Being on the island, with an office in each of its two catchments, is what puts us in those conversations early.

Our role is to turn that access into a sound operation. We qualify the seller, verify the numbers, structure the purchase and stay accountable for everything that comes after the signature. International capital gets a local team that answers for the whole journey — from the first shortlist to the yearly tax return — with the paperwork exactly as it should be.

Investor questions

Before you ask

Can foreigners buy property in Fuerteventura?

Yes. Both EU and non-EU buyers can own Spanish property outright. You will need an NIE — the foreigner identification number — which we obtain for you.

What taxes come with a purchase?

New-build purchases carry IGIC; resales pay the Canary transfer tax — both gentler than their mainland cousins — plus notary and registry fees. We map the exact cost of your operation before you sign anything.

Do I need to travel to Spain to buy?

No. With a power of attorney we can complete the whole operation on your behalf, from the NIE application to the notary.

Can you run the asset after the purchase?

Yes — taxes, accounting, community administration and day-to-day management, from the same office that closed the deal.

How do I start?

Book a consultation. Tell us your investment thesis and we will come back with a realistic shortlist and the numbers behind it.
