Every one of those lives runs on a file: the NIE, the registry certificate, the permit, the renewals, one day perhaps the nationality. This desk runs those files, for individuals and for the companies that employ them.
Our method starts before the paperwork: eligibility first. Immigration files fail far more often from choosing the wrong route than from missing a stamp — and changing routes mid-file costs months. How long does an NIE take?
With a clean file, usually a matter of weeks — and most of the delays we inherit from do-it-yourself attempts trace back to avoidable errors. It is the first key to everything else here, so it is worth doing right.
I am an EU citizen. Do I actually need anything?
Less than others, but not nothing: after three months living here you should hold the EU registry certificate, and daily life will ask for your NIE and padrón constantly. One appointment, done in the right order, closes all of it.
Can my family join me in Spain?
Family reunification has clear requirements — income, housing, your own status. We check your numbers against them honestly before filing, because a rejected application costs months that a prepared one does not.
My application was refused. Is it over?
No. Refusals can be appealed — administratively and in court — and many fall because the file was assessed wrongly or incompletely. Bring the refusal with its notification date; the deadlines are short.
When can I apply for Spanish nationality?
As a rule after ten years of legal residence — two for nationals of Ibero-American countries and a few others, one if you are married to a Spaniard. We prepare the file, the exams and the follow-through to the oath.
